At Fragrances Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit, and include a copy of your invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
